Payment

• Payment is requested by VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express
• Reservation will be confirmed when payment is made in full
• Payment request will be invoiced and emailed to the customer through PayPal
• Payment is made to home owners online PayPal account

  The Security Deposit Liability is $500.00.  The renter will be held responsible and their credit card will be charged up to the security deposit amount if any issues are discovered during cleaning of the property
Reasons for forfeiture of the security deposit are below:

• Any abuse, damage or theft
• Any indication that guests have smoked on this property
• Any indication that pets were brought onto this property
• Need for housekeeping above what would be considered normal

The maximum number of guests in this home is six (6) people

Motor Vehicles

Vehicles shall be parked in the designated areas only.  Commercial vehicles or RVs are prohibited from parking on this property

Alterations

No alterations are to be made to this property by guests.  This includes moving furniture around in the home

Trash

All trash must be put in plastic bags and placed into the nearest dumpster.  Trash left behind in the home will be charged an additional cleaning fee

Conduct of Children

Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times.  Damage caused by children will be the responsibility of the parents
